Combat Conditioning is a pad work based aerobic fitness class with the focus on fun whilst working hard.
Whatever your age, fitness level or experience the Combat Conditioning class is designed to push your fitness level, whilst learning new skills.
You will learn fun new exercises that work the entire body, as well as punching, kicking, kneeing and elbowing. These strikes derive from Thai Boxing and blasting the pads is a great way to relieve stress.
