Thai Boxing

reland Fitness run group Thai Boxing lessons, the class aims are to improve striking and defensive skills, confidence, self awareness, muscle tone, cardiovascular and anaerobic fitness.

The class is very friendly and contains 1 male instructor Phill Ireland and 1 female instructor Nicky Carter, both of which have competed at International level, have 10 years experience each in martial arts and hold 7 Thai Boxing titles between them, as well as having taught and trained for many years some of the top British fighters.
